Spring Equinox Yoga & Therapeutic He”ART” Workshop

Enjoy a 45 minute gentle yoga flow suitable for beginners to enter the new season with relaxation and grounding meditation. Then we will move into a reflective journaling activity to let go of what has been and to embrace what is to come. To follow, you will then be guided to create your own watercolor mandala for clarity through creative expression. Let's welcome Spring with self-love, discovery, and hope through this mindful, integrative experience in community.

Please bring a yoga mat as they are limited! And wear clothes that you are comfortable moving in.
