Candlelit Yin + Sound Immersion with Carol Merry

Immerse yourself into an evening of soft candlelight, restorative Yin postures and healing sounds to invite a deep state of rest for your mind and body.
During this 90 minute experience Carol will guide you through a series of restorative yin postures designed to calm the nervous system and release tension in mind and body. Support your practice with props inviting the body to completely let go and settle into a place of deep rest. Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and various instruments to transcend you into a state of meditation where the mind and body can restore and return back to a natural way of being.
This practice will be accompanied with calming Pranayama techniques and meditation to help you leave feeling rested, restored and renewed.
