Sarah & Emily curate a supportive space for your to release and let go of the world outside the studio walls. Trippy sound meditation, guided visualization and light massage will bring attendees into a place of pure bliss.
Wear something comfy, bring a blanket or pillow and water bottle. Feel free to bring your own special beverage.
