Meet us at the Peninsula and Rise with us beneath the powerful energy of August’s Full Moon for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and deep restoration.
Traditionally known as the Sturgeon Moon, August’s Full Moon symbolizes abundance, resilience, and honoring the growth that comes through life’s challenges. In many spiritual traditions, the Full Moon is a time to reflect, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new intentions and renewed energy.
We’ll begin our morning with a warm herbal tea ceremony, creating an opportunity to slow down, arrive fully in the present moment, and set a personal intention for your practice. From there, we’ll begin with ecstatic dance and mindful breathing, designed to release tension, awaken feminine energy, regulate the nervous system, and prepare the body to receive the healing vibrations of sound.
As you settle into stillness, you’ll be immersed in a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Native flute, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments. The soothing frequencies invite the body into deep relaxation while encouraging emotional release, inner reflection, and energetic realignment.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be invited to reflect on the emotions, habits, and patterns you’re ready to let go of while creating space for peace, clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
Whether you’re carrying stress, emotional heaviness, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this morning offers a supportive space to pause, breathe, release, and restore.
