Candlelit Sound Bath

Join us for a soothing, candlelit sound bath. Gift yourself an hour of bliss.

We will start the session with gentle warm ups to release tension from the physical body. We will then practise breathwork to relax the nervous system and this will be followed by a sound bath to calm the body and the mind. All you have to do is let the sounds of the singing bowls, rainstick, drum, koshi bells and wind chime wash over you.

Please bring your own mat and a blanket. Please wear comfortable clothing. A warm herbal tea and a light snack will be available after the session.

Sound baths may not be suitable for the following conditions:

First trimester of pregnancy

If you have a heart condition or a pace maker

Tinnitus

Epilepsy

Metal plates

Untreated mental health condition such as bipolar/schizophrenia/PTSD/borderline personality disorder

Please consult your doctor if any of the above apply to you to check if a sound bath is suitable. By booking the ticket, you are agreeing to take responsibility for yourself and have read and acknowledged the warnings above.

Early bird price is £12 until 14th October. Tickets will then increase to £18 per person.
