During this 75-minute experience, you’ll be guided through:

As we cross the threshold into spring, this gathering offers space to soften, reset, and begin again - without force, without rush.

Please bring a journal. Guests are encouraged to bring any items that might bring extra comfort and coziness, like a bolster/pillow, eye cover, etc.
