Movement wins fights.

Most people focus on punches and kicks, but experienced fighters know that footwork and positioning often determine the outcome before the first strike even lands.

This two-hour immersion workshop focuses entirely on the footwork skills that make your Krav Maga more effective.

During this workshop we will work on:

• Creating angles against attackers
• Controlling distance while striking
• Moving under pressure
• Maintaining balance and structure during aggressive situations
• Using footwork to create safer opportunities to escape

Instead of rushing through drills during a normal class, this immersion format allows us to slow down, refine the details, and build real skill.

This workshop is designed for current Krav Maga CDK members who want to sharpen a critical piece of their self-defense.
