Nurture yourself with this relaxing practice. This is a gentle, accessible yoga class that will provide space for relaxation and somatic healing. Allow your entire being to take a deep cleansing breath while you are guided through slow gentle poses.No prior experience is necessary—just bring a mat (chair adaptation will also be available) and pillow. Let the glow of the candles and the tranquility of the practice leave you feeling renewed and deeply relaxed.
