🟠 Candlelit relaxation at YMa Pontypridd 😊🙏🟠 Friday - March 20th - 7pm to 8:15pm
🟠 We will start with a guided relaxation from the Gitananda Yoga tradition before a full sound bath with Paiste symphonic and bronze gongs, Chau gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, handpan and other instruments. To finish there will be organic chocolates (please fill in dietary requirements when booking).
🟠 All abilities are welcome, come and let go of stress. This whole session is lying down - please bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, a pillow and a blanket. Anything you need to be comfortable.
🟠 If you have any dietary requirements (vegan, gluten free etc), please fill in the questions on the booking form. Spaces are limited, if you have any questions, please feel free to message.
