About this Event
As we settle into the colder months and the pace of life begins to quicken toward the holiday season, this candlelit gong bath offers a much-needed pause — a moment to soften, ground, and return to yourself.
We’ll begin with guided intention setting and restorative breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by rhythmic drumming to clear stagnant energy and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm. From there, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound from the gong — alternating between deep resonance and gentle stillness for 50 mins — to help restore balance and harmony from within.
As we approach the end of the year, it’s a powerful time to reflect on what you’re ready to release. We’ll close the evening with a fire release ritual, inviting you to symbolically let go of old energy and make space for renewal ahead of the winter season.

Although the venue is supplying yoga mats, there is also a limited supply of eye masks, blankets and bolsters on a first come basis. To get the best from your experience, I recommend bringing your own small pillow and eye mask just in case they run out – you are also welcome to bring your own yoga mat and blanket too. The venue will be warm, however please remember to also bring socks, so that your feet are nice and cosy during the session.
You’ll find the venue in the area known as Gladstone Park in North West London, 4.7 miles north of Hyde Park Corner, bounded by Willesden Green to the west, Hampstead to the east, Brondesbury and Kilburn to the south and Staples Corner to the north.
There is some parking available with pay and display on the road but spaces are subject to availability – you can also use the JUST PARK app to help you find a space.
