As sound practitioners, Prima and Amy weave together crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, rain sticks, steel tongue drum, and the grounding heartbeat of drums. Each instrument layers to create a sonic landscape that calms the nervous system, balances energy centers, and restores inner harmony. Set in the glow of candlelight, this offering is more than relaxation. It is a journey into stillness, resonance, and renewal. You don't need any prior experience.
