Seasons and Transitions – Paint Your Inner Landscape

Are you facing a transition or a difficult season in your life? In this mental health art workshop, you’ll have a chance to visualize your inner landscape through exploring your senses and painting a landscape. This art activity is designed to help you accept whatever season you are in. It’s an opportunity to awaken hope. No art skills required.

What to expect:

· Simple breathing exercise

· Time to practice with the supplies before starting the painting

· Space to play and view yourself in a new way

· Explore the senses of the different seasons and apply that to your personal experience
