Join Namaste Marley Rae for a 75-minute candlelight slow flow surrounded by hundreds of glowing candles. This slow flow blends yin and vinyasa rooted in music, movement, and mindfulness and supported by a curated playlist. All levels welcome. Mats and props provided.
