Welcome to Candlelight Yoga & Meditation with a Splash of Vibrational Therapy! Join us for a relaxing evening at the beautiful Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton. In the ballroom, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Boca Raton, we gather to move, breathe and align in a playful gentle practice suitable for all levels led by Monica McMahon, Get Fit Retreats. After yoga you will be guided in meditation to bring a sense of ease, rest and balance to the body,mind, spirit. You will be treated to healing sounds of frequency infused music played live by the owner of Good Vibrations Music Co.Good Vibrations Music Co., Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit specializing in Frequency Infused Music® (FIM) and vibrational therapy. Our diverse team includes musicians, movement specialists, scientists, woodworkers, and dreamers. They craft their own music, recorded at 432 Hz, blending melodies with frequencies tailored to specific conditions.

As a company with a heart, Good Vibrations Music Co., Inc contributes to various charities, such as donating over 800 downloads to the Alzheimer's Association and 600 downloads to the autistic community in 2023. Now, our focus is on supporting veterans with a download for PTSD and providing our latest album, "Safe & Sound for Love & Protection," for those dealing with trauma and abuse. Good Vibrations Music Co., IncL mission extends to giving away our music to those in need, aiming to contribute positively to the world.
