Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice with poses that are held for longer periods of time. The sequences of postures are meant to stimulate connective tissues/ligaments so you really get a nice relaxing, stretch. Add candlelight to an already soothing class and you’ll end your Sunday on a wonderful, relaxing note!
