An evening designed to slow time, soften the body, and quiet the mind. Under the gentle glow of candlelight, you are invited to release the weight of the day and sink into deep rest and presence.
This monthly practice offers long-held Yin postures supported by mindful breath, soothing music, and subtle hands-on adjustments. As the body opens, the nervous system settles, creating space for clarity, restoration, and inner reconnection.
Expect a nurturing experience guided by calming affirmations, grounding breath practices, therapeutic essential oils, and intentional touch. No effort is required, only your willingness to receive.
