Sound Bath by Candlelight

Troy & surrounding areas! We are headed your way! Come join us for a relaxing evening at Troy Dance Studios on Saturday May 17th from 7pm-8pm for a Sound Bath by Candlelight event with Shannon Renee from Me in the Meantime. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and more wash over you as you unwind and de-stress from your busy week. This tranquil experience will transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Yoga mats & blankets provided. A limited number of bolsters will be available for your comfort.

Doors open at 6:45pm so you can have some tea & get settled in! We will begin promptly at 7pm.
