BEER 101: "Think & Drink" Beer Tasting Event

BEER 101: "Think & Drink" Beer Event is a 2-hour guided beer event that teaches you all the basics about BEER, from the history of beer, to beer ingredients, to the brewing process . As with every Michigan Brew Tours tasting, you'll be guided by a Certified Cicerone®, a recognized expert in the field of beer, who will:

• Give an overview of the long and storied history of beer.
• Give an introduction to beer styles and flavor.
• Demonstrate to guests the proper process for tasting beer.
• Discuss and sample beer ingredients.
• Explain the brewing process.

As your guide discusses the history of beer, the ingredients and processes required to brew beer, and the proper tasting technique to get the most out of your beer, you'll experience some of the best beer Michigan has to offer. A flight of beer samples, pretzel and cheese appetizers, a pint of your choice at the tasting's conclusion, and some exclusive Michigan Brew Tours swag are all included!

CHECK-IN: Please arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the tasting and check in with your guide at Stumblebum. If you are running late, please contact your Michigan Brew Tours guide at (734) 666-5036.

PARKING: The parking lot at Stumblebum is open and free of charge.

AGE LIMIT: 21 and over ONLY, even if not drinking. You MUST show valid ID upon arrival to participate in the tasting.

TICKETING: No need to print your ticket. Arrive a few minutes early to check-in and give the guide your name and ID. That's it!

SPECIAL NEEDS/DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Please let us know of any special needs or dietary restrictions/food allergies in advance at [email protected] and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

CANCELLATION: In case of severe/inclement weather, Michigan Brew Tours may have to cancel an event. We will notify guests of any cancellation at least 12 hours prior to the start of the event. Refunds will be available or you may choose to reschedule for another event. If you are unable to attend the event, tickets are transferable to another guest (age 21+) up to 24 hours prior to the event. Please contact [email protected] for details.
