Join Susan for this candlelight restorative aerial yoga experience.
Sink into fully supported postures with the use of the aerial hammock and additional props to help rebalance the nervous system. Immerse yourself in a tranquil candlelit space with a digital sound bath playlist to assist in relaxation. As we honor this season of rest and replenishment, melt into your props and be present with your breath.
