Hello Friends and Family!
I am currently fundraising for a cancer walk I am participating in on September 27th. This walk will be in honor of my grandfather, Patrick McConnell, who is currently trying to kick cancer to the curb!
He is a dad, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend to so many. He has made an impact on many people with his unwavering commitment and love to his friends and family. My family will be walking for him to show him that he is not alone in this fight! ��
