We are so excited to bring Zumba to our community of female cancer survivors through partnership with NRH Centre! Learn Zumba from the beginning, and enjoy a fun workout! You can even bring a female friend with you!
Our fitness partners at NRHC require an additional mandatory registration through their system here: https://www.nrhcentre.com/group-fitness
Wear workout clothes and bring water and a towel. Very importantly, please make sure you are cleared for regular exercise from your doctor.
