Cancer StrongHER Pilates — September 28, 2024

Join us for a Reformer class open for all levels of fitness. The class will focus on core strength, flexibility and body alignment. You can expect a quick introduction to the Reformer and its components, then we will focus on your form, alignment and breath progressing. Expect a full body workout, leaving the studio feeling stretched, strong and energized.

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. (Leggings, tank or t-shirt, you can either be bare foot or wear grippy socks- no shoes on the equipment.) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign waiver.

As always, if you do sign up for a class and find later on that you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation through Eventbrite, or send us a text at 281-507-6320 or an email at [email protected]. That way, we can maintain accurate head counts to prepare properly for our classes and can release a spot for another survivor to enjoy the class.
