I am from the East Coast of Canada, living in NYC as a dual citizen, and have enjoyed what our Atlantic ocean has given to us! Oytsters are by far on the top of the list as one of the most sustainable seafoods we have, one of the most nutritious and one of the most fascinating gifts from our North American waters. I am excited to share the ultimate oyster experience; the first, Canadian Oyster Café pop-up!

6:00PM-6:15PM: Greetings with your first oysters on the half shell and glass of wine
6:15PM-7:15PM: Get ready for pure indulgence! A round table discussion and tastings; learn the nuances of tasting oysters, learn what to put on your oysters and what NOT to; ordering and buying oysters, learn Shucking 101, and pairing tips. A tasting of raw and my favorite baked oysters will be served. Gratuities are welcome at the end of the event.
7:15PM-7:30PM: Send-off Cheers! Where to find the best oysters in NY.
