Campfire Feast on Thanksgiving Saturday!

Skip the turkey and stuffing this Thanksgiving, on Satuday anyway, and join TJ Kliparchuk of the Alberta Outdoors Academy to discover how a true outdoor feast is made, right over the fire.

If you’ve ever wrestled with overpacked coolers, soggy food, or too little space, this workshop will change the way you camp. Learn how to prep smart, pack light, and create meals that are simple, flavourful, and unforgettable, without lugging heavy cast iron or bulky stoves.

🔥 On the Menu:

• Breakfast: Parfait or overnight oats with bacon and eggs
• Lunch: Elk sliders with stovetop stuffing mix & grilled pineapple
• Supper: Fish and lemon-herb chicken thighs with baby potatoes & veggies
• Dessert: S’more cones with grilled watermelon

Our Campfire Feast on the Thanksgiving weekend, will be led by TJ Kliparchuk, owner of the Alberta Outdoors Academy.With a background in conservation enforcement, TJ is a seasoned outdoorsman and educator who has spent decades refining his skills, so you don’t have to learn the hard way. He’s been fishing since the age of three and hunting since eight, with over 20 years of backwoods camping experience.

TJ is a certified hunting instructor, Canadian Firearms Safety Course instructor, shotgun coach, range officer, and former television personality on several outdoor shows. His expertise spans tracking and blood trailing, whitetail and predator behaviour, fishing techniques, marksmanship, and conservation practices.

Passionate about sharing knowledge, TJ helps people build the confidence and skills they need to truly enjoy the outdoors.
