Info: This presentation will cover common psychotropic medications prescribed to youth in foster care, including DSM diagnoses and symptoms they are prescribed to treat and associated side effects. You will be introduced to practical strategies on how to enhance understanding of medications and highlight new resources to effectively collaborate with prescribers regarding medications.
