Cambridge Mayor's Screening: The People's Emergency Briefing
About this Event
The People's Emergency Briefing provides a clear, evidence-based explanation of the climate crisis. The film follows the National Emergency Briefing, held in Westminster on 27th November 2025, when nine international experts addressed 1,200 politicians and other leaders on the scale of the emergency and its impacts on health, food security, national security and the economy.
This is not a party-political event, and there is no expectation that attendees sign up to any campaign or organisation. The aim is simply to learn, reflect and discuss. Everyone is welcome.
Doors open at 18.00. The film begins at 19.00 and lasts 50 minutes. Afterwards there will be a facilitated discussion. Light refreshments will be served.
For more information, visit the National Emergency Briefing website.
