Cacao is indigenous to many continents, ancient in ritual as a heart-opening ceremony. The beverage, ethically sourced, will be sweetened with maple syrup, and is organic and vegan. The compounds in cacao help open the heart chakra, and we will consume with consciously savouring it together, honouring the 4 directions, above and below and our ancestral lines.
Breathwork with a short meditation whilst lying on yoga mats will be followed with native drumming. A beautiful drum birthed in Scotland. The drum as a rhythmic beat relaxes and soothes influencing our parasympathetic nervous system, spine and organs.
To finish the session you should feel more open-hearted, connected, refreshed, earthed and grounded.

Carol Watson began her vocational spiritual practice in 1999; attending a regular meditation circle, along with becoming a member of a psychic development group. From there Carol trained as a Melchizedek Method Practitioner whilst living in Australia. In 2004 Carol trained in Complementary Therapies in Edinburgh and enhanced her psychic skills and intuitive, energy work through qualifying as a Sekhem Master and ISIS Blue Moon Therapist. In 2009 Carol developed Societal Imprinting Release, and MA=RaY Light in 2012. Since then, several MA=RaY Light Therapists have been trained in Edinburgh by Carol. In 2016 Carol qualified in Sound as a Therapy and, more recently, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and as a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator.
