This panel centers honest conversation, emotional restoration, and forward movement in a calm, supportive environment. Through shared insight and guided discussion, attendees will be reminded that healing does not require perfection — only presence and permission to begin again.

This is a women-only safe space designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Seating is intentionally limited to preserve intimacy and care.
