Calling Back the Muse is not just a sound bath—it’s an immersive journey where time drips like honey and the air is rich with poetry. A lush moment of recalibration that will connect you deeper to the muse/alchemist within and inspire coherence of body, mind + spirit.

What you can expect: A short movement practice to get into the body and find our breath, followed by a meditative voyage into stillness and sound, where your senses are stirred through scent, touch + atmosphere. Ethereal soundscapes, high vibrations and silky vocals will invite you to soften and bring yourself all the way online. Using the fascinating technology of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and deep vibrational tones, we will rewire the nervous system, releasing tension and stagnation to make space for clarity, inspiration, and greater flow.
