Cancellation Policy
Registrations cancelled after September 30, 2025 are subject to an administrative fee, to be deducted from amount paid, prior to refunding the balance. The fee is 25% if cancellation notice is received by January 1, 2026; 50% if cancellation is received between January 2, 2026 and February 1, 2026; and 100% if cancellation is received after February 1, 2026.
