Join us for a brand new festival!
The 1st New Town Village Spring Festival will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 11am-5pm at 9700 Groffs Mill Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117.
This is a one-day FREE family event.
• Lots of vendors (don’t forget to shop for Mom!)
• Great Food
• Kids Area with games, face painters, balloon art and caricatures
• Three great bands for your listening, singing and dancing pleasure
