Creativity can be a beast. Unpredictable, elusive, even feral. Often, that tension helps bring a work of art to life.
For this Juried Summer Call for Entry, share work where you let loose or let yourself get lost. Maybe you were gestural or playful, took on an unusual material, or subverted expectations. Maybe your process subverts the theme itself, venturing somewhere quiet, tame or contemplative. Whether your work directly depicts the natural world or ventures somewhere else entirely, show us where you go when your creativity is unfettered.
"Wild Thing" will be on display in the Supporter Gallery at ARTS Southeast from May 22nd – August 9th, 2025, with an Opening Reception on Friday, June 6th from 5 – 9PM and a Closing Reception on Friday, August 1st from 5 – 9PM in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland.
