About this Event
Whether you are interested in moving together, working towards your first pull-up or just curious what Calisthenics feels like, you are welcome here.
- Date: 6th June 2026 (Saturday)
- Time: 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
- Location: Subang Parc Calisthenics
- Parking: Park besides Playa Racquet Club @ PARC Subang
What to Expect:
- Fitness for every level - Every moment is offered with progression and you will never be asked to do something that doesn’t feel right for your body today.
- A 60 minutes guided but fun workout: A mix of mobility, strength training, and guided coaching (stretch, push-ups, balancing, etc.)
- A supportive community - We will pair you with a friendly face, and our experienced coach will guide you along the way.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle: 500 ml
- Workout clothes, Sport shoe
- Mosquitoes Repellent (optional)
- Resistance Band (optional)
- A friend if you enjoy
