Calgary Fire Recruitment Information Session - MUSEUM

The Calgary Fire Department is hosting an information session about a career as a firefighter at the Firefighters Museum of Calgary located @ 4144 11th St SE. The information session is comprised of two parts: a presentation and a tour of the Firefighters Museum of Calgary. The information session will run from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The goal of this session is to build your confidence and ignite your passion for the fire service.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about a career as a firefighter with the City of Calgary
• Learn about what it takes to become a firefighter with the City of Calgary
• Get information about the Firefighter Recruitment Process
• Have a tour of the Firefighters Museum of Calgary and learn about the history of firefighting.
• Connect with Recruitment Officers and firefighters to ask questions

Space is limited; interested participants must pre-register using the Eventbrite link. Ensure you have registered for the appropriate event.

Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. MST

• There are 50 spots available
• You are allowed one ticket per e-mail address
• Bring photo ID. Participants must be 18 years old
• Waivers and consent forms will be sent out prior to the event using the registered email address. These must be printed and completed at ID check-in.
• If you register and can no longer attend, please log back in to cancel your ticket so someone else has an opportunity to attend
• If the event is sold out, log back in regularly as there may be cancellations; we do not keep a wait list
• Free Parking is available on site.
• We will have a donation box for the veteran's food bank on site if you wish to bring a non-perishable food item
