Cake At The Park

Professional and home bakers are invited to the Festival Grounds at City Park in New Orleans! Attendees bring their own cakes, and participants try a bit of everything. For those who don't bake but would still like to participate, we ask that you donate what you can to the Second Harvest Food Bank of New Orleans.
We encourage people to get creative with their cakes! The cakes can show off the attendee’s interests or cultural cuisine. We also welcome savory cakes, such as the viral cream cheese tomato cake.
Attendees must list if their cakes have common allergens like eggs, tree nuts, and fruit. Cake slice knives, utensils, and boxes for cake will be provided.
We encourage attendees to bring a cake so everyone can have their share!
