Her Game, Her Future Fest is a one-day career exploration festival hosted by SYWACIA™ — So You Want a Career in Athletics™ — designed to introduce high school and college women to the breadth of careers in the sports industry. Students rotate through hands-on activations across four experience zones — The Spotlight, The Front Office, The Lab, and The Next Play — learning directly from women working in sports right now.
