FAQs

1 . Can we really just sign up to hold our spot(s)?

Answer: Yes, you only have to sign up in order to hold your spots, we'll contact you via email with more instructions and information.

2. What Are The Actual Dates For the 2025 Essence Music Festival?

Answer: July 2, 2026 - July 6, 2026

3. Where are the concert seats located?

Answer: Most of our seats are located on the Floor or Plaza level of the Superdome, which is one level up from the floor. ***If You Book Your Package After February 28th, 2026, We'll Only Have Terrace Level Seating Available.***

4. How often would I have to make payments to complete my obligation?

Answer: Once each person makes their initial deposit(s), each individual in the group will need to make a monthly payment of $100 or more right up until the full payment of your package is due, which is usually around May. We cannot accept lump-sum payments in May to catch up on missed months. It’s important that payments are made on time each month for your group, as we make commitments and purchases based on your ongoing participation. Please be sure to communicate with each member in your group to ensure everyone is paying timely.

5. When Is My Final Payment Due?

Answer: May 15, 2026

6. What are my payment options?

Answer: We accept payment by checking account and credit/debit card with VISA, MC, AMEX, etc.

7. How far is the hotel away from the Superdome?

Answer: Our hotel accommodations will be less than mile radius from all of the Essence event locations. You will be able to get to all locations with a few minutes via walking, Uber, or trolley. The Hyatt Regency is our chosen hotel for group accommodations. However, it can change each year based on availability and contract negotiations. Final package details, including confirmed hotel information, will be shared closer to the event date. This hotel is only a couple of blocks from the Superdome, where all of the nightly concerts are held.

8. What is the Refund Policy?

Answer: Any amount paid is fully refundable anytime up until October 15th, 2025. After October 15th, 2025, due to strict contractual obligations with our Hotels and Vendors, we have a strict NO REFUND policy for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

9. When will I receive package details?

Answer: We share important updates and general information throughout the payment period to keep everyone informed as we prepare for the event. Full package details will be communicated after the final payment date. This allows us to confirm all payments from individuals and groups before releasing complete details. Please make sure you check your emails so that you do not miss any communication.

10. Should I Get Travel Insurance?
