• Standard Deposit: $100 per traveler (non-refundable)
• Pay your $100 deposit and you’ll receive an email with registration details and a link to make your monthly payments.
• Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each month, will be divided into remianing months
• A 10-day grace period is allowed after each due date.
• A $50 late fee will be added after the grace period.
• Final balance due: May 15, 2026

⚠️ Missed Payment Policy:

• If two consecutive payments are missed, your trip will be automatically canceled without refund. (if you dont call prior)

All deposits, payments, and late fees made toward this Essence package are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the traveler has purchased travel insurance. In such cases, any reimbursement must be pursued directly through the travel insurance provider by filing a claim.

To ensure consistent and high-quality service, it is essential that these policies are followed. Any late fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the traveler. These guidelines will be strictly enforced to uphold the integrity and reliability of our travel services.

PLEASE NOTE: Final payments must be paid in full no later than 45 days prior to the event. Failure to meet this deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation. If cancellation occurs due to non-payment, Oasis Travel Connection's standard cancellation policy will apply without exception.
