Please join us for this informative session, designed to help carers better understand the My Aged Care process and navigate the support available. This event will be hosted by Abby, an Aged Care Navigator from Wellways Carer Gateway, who will provide valuable information and guidance around understanding the My Aged Care process. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, gain a better understanding of the system, and navigating My Aged Care and the supports available to you

Open to all registered Carers. If you're not yet registered with Carer Gateway, you can still reserve a spot- make sure you fill out all the question when you RSVP and our friendly Hub Navigator will follow up with you.

*Carer Gateway is a national support service funded by the Australian Government. It provides free services for anyone caring for a family member or friend who has a disability, mental health condition, chronic health condition, terminal illness, or is frail aged.
