About this Event

CAIR-MA, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD), will host an informative community workshop on Massachusetts anti-discrimination law and the protections available to individuals who experience discrimination. Topics discussed will include:

• Employment discrimination & workplace rights;
• Housing discrimination protections;
• Public accommodations discrimination;
• The MCAD complaint process and available resources; and
• How CAIR-MA supports community members facing discrimination.

The training will be led by Ashley Longmoore of MCAD, with CAIR-MA also sharing information about our Civil Rights Department and available community resources.

Dinner will be provided. Tickets are free; however, due to anticipated interest, we ask that all attendees register in advance.
