Ceremonial cacao has long been part of Lente’s personal practice and something Lente loves bringing into community spaces, a heart-warming medicine that opens connection to the self and to others. In this special winter edition at Bindi, we’ll gather in ceremony to move, breathe, and rest together as we prepare to shift toward the stillness of winter. The class invites you to slow down and listen inward, using the gentle power of ceremonial cacao to awaken the heart and ground the body before the solstice season.We’ll begin with intuitive movement and gentle vinyasa to awaken energy and release tension from the week, including somatic practices such as shaking and spinal waves to support emotional release and nervous system reset. As we transition into the cacao ceremony, you’ll be guided through meditation and soft breathwork to open the heart and create spaciousness within. We’ll then surrender into a deep, yoga-nidra inspired savasana accompanied by soundscapes designed to harmonise brain waves and restore inner balance.
To close, you’ll have time to journal and reflect, anchoring insights or intentions that may have surfaced during your practice. In true ceremonial style, we’ll end by sharing from the heart for those who feel called. This session offers a moment to reset before winter, to soften, realign, and reconnect with your inner rhythm as nature invites us to turn inward.
