CACAO, MEDITATION AND NATIVE AMERICAN FLUTE✨️ NEW YURT - THE BEKSTAR ✨️
💞 Our gathering will start with a heart opening Mama Cacao Ceremony:
(please do bring your favourite tea if you do not wish to receive Cacao)
🧘♀️ We will connect with the healing medicine of Cacao. Louise will guide meditation and breathing into our heart centre, opening us to Cacao's healing frequencies as the Spirit of the flute with Steve will take us even deeper into our soul.
🌳 With our hearts open and senses heightened, we will take a sensory and walking meditation on the beautiful land, with Willow Trees, ponds, stream and the surrounding nature. Feeling the essence of our being and connection to our Ancestors.
🪈 Steve will share his workshop flutes as he skilfully guides us through various techniques to suit all abilities.
🫶 We will finish with some free flow time where you can play your own flute, connect even more with nature, purchase a flute, sit in your own meditation or have some support with integration if any healing arises.
🌟 NIGHTSTAR FLUTES🌟
Steve has been hand crafting, playing and teaching native American style flute since 2005.
The playing workshop covers getting started for the absolute beginners, on to more advanced techniques for intermediate players.
Flutes are supplied for the workshop, but of course you can bring your own flute along to practice the techniques shown.
Steve will also bring a selection of flutes for sale.

Louise brings her soft energy and compassionate heart to her Cacao Ceremonies. As an experienced yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, healer, Shamanic Practitioner and Medium, Louise will draw on Guides, Ancestors and the elements as she takes you through the journey of the afternoon's offerings.

This a beautiful and spacious new yurt with wheelchair access, a hearty stove and outdoor composting toilet. A true little escape on the edge of little village of Isham, within the protection on the land of Allerton House.

✅️ Mats and blankets will be provided, but do please m bring your own 🪑 camping chair 🪑
✅️ You are welcome to bring your favourite mug to enjoy the Cacao (or your tea).
✅️There are geese roaming the land, so do wear appropriate footwear for walking outside.
✅️ Teas will also be provided.
✅️ It is advisable to fast for at least 2 hours before Cacao and preferably no caffeine before the Ceremony.
✅️ The Cacao will be 30g per cup. If you have not received Cacao previously, please do contact Louise before hand to discuss any potential contra-indications.
