Join Kirsty from Serenity Sound Therapy and Trudie from the Zen Den as we welcome the return of the summer with this beautiful mini retreat.Just as the sun appears to stand still at Solstice, we too will take a moment of stillness to reflect back over the last six months and create intentions for the months to come.
During this deeply soul nurturing day we will weave through some beautiful practises designed to help you gently release what no longer serves and welcome in that which fills your soul!
In our four hours together you will be gently guided through:
*A deeply reflective meditation designed to help you identify that which no longer serves you.
*Create your own special tincture.
*A beautiful and powerful fire release ceremony
*An uplifting drumming circle (drums are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you have one)
*Beautifully empowering breathwork and Somatic practices
*A full deeply replenishing sound bath
*Tea, cake and oracle cards
