Cacao Experience : A Sacred Medicine Gathering

Join us for a very powerful Cacao Circle as we welcome special guest

Cacao + Sound Experience: Breathing in a new mindset and creating heart centered intentions in community. 

Sitting together, initiating new ideas, inspiring one another with supportive conversations, connecting through the medicine of cacao and integrating the experience with sound healing vibrations to restore and nourish the heart, body mind and spirit. 

Guided by Healing Artist Beth Ricciardone.  

Beth is a dedicated student of the sacred medicine of cacao, studying under Nana Marina Cruz, an honored Ajq’ij (spiritual guide) of the Tz’utujil People of Guatemaya. She has received her teacher’s guidance, permission, and blessing to serve and share the medicine of cacao. Beth integrates traditional and spiritual practices from her studies while honoring her own Italian lineage. She is grateful to walk this path in sacred reciprocity.

Cacao is a healing medicine that not only provides health benefits, both uplifting and relaxing but teaches us to find forgiveness in ourselves and others, dissolves stagnant energies and shows new paths, and instills trust to help us move forward in our lives.

Cacao (the main ingredient found in chocolate) is a deeply sacred plant that has been vital to humanity for thousands of years. Originally known throughout Amerikua, Cacao has spread around the world because of its tremendous physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.

Beth sources her ceremonial cacao directly from the community that she studies with in Guatemala, who are the guardians of the sacred medicine. They prepare it from start to finish in a prayer, in a sacred process that’s been handed down through their ancestral tradition.

A portion of the cacao sales are given back to the community as gratitude.

*Yoga mats and cushions are avialable at first come first serve. But please feel free to bring your own blankets, pillows. mats and whatever else you need to get comfortable.
