This will be a heart-opening evening of music, movement, connection, and ceremony.
The journey will include:
• A welcome circle to ground and arrive together
• Conscious Dance (around 1 hour) — space to move freely, release, and express
• Ceremonial cacao — a gentle plant medicine to support heart connection
• Sound healing — soothing vibrations to help integrate and restore
As always, this is a space for all. No dance experience is needed — just bring your body, your curiosity, and whatever you’re carrying with you. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
