The Beacon Wellness presents an afternoon of connection, grounding and deep inner listening.
Join us for a beautiful 3-hour journey beginning with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, creating space to slow down, arrive in the present moment and connect with yourself and those around you.
From there, we’ll move into sacred movement, allowing the body to soften, release and express without expectation or judgement.
We’ll then explore conscious connective breathwork, using the breath as a pathway into deeper awareness, presence and release.
The journey will gently come to rest with a deeply nourishing sound bath, giving you the opportunity to surrender, integrate and simply be.

What to bring:
Come as you are and wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own. We also recommend bringing a blanket and/or pillow to make yourself extra comfortable during the breathwork and sound bath.
