Looking for a moment to pause, breathe, and reflect, as our lives once again tilt towards oncoming winter?
Dusking is a new folk tradition, creating a moment of celebration as darkness creeps back into our skies.
This laid-back storytelling gathering is a chance to come together, listen to some atmospheric old tales, and creatively explore the folklore of darkening skies and changing seasons.
Our workshop will finish with a collective retelling of a traditional tale, as darkness gathers around us.

About Dusking:
Dusking is a new folk tradition, created by Leeds-based artist Lucy Wright. It aims to provide a moment of celebration, helping us feel more positive, more creative, and more connected, at the very start of winter. About the venue:
Dusking will take place in Studio 1 at the Bluecoat. Seating will be on yoga mats, low stools, or folding chairs. All participants will need to remove their shoes on entry to the studio. For more details about the space see https://studio1atbc.simplybook
