Your Morning Includes:
Cacao Ceremony: Begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a gentle way to set intentions for the winter season. The cacao will help you connect to your inner self and prepare for the reflective energy of this time of year.
Winter Yoga Nidra Meditation: Ease into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice, where you will be guided into a state of complete relaxation. This meditative journey invites you to release stress, tension, and any energy that no longer serves you, allowing for deep mental and emotional rejuvenation.
Sound Bath: End your morning with the healing vibrations of a sound bath, letting the soothing tones of crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you, promoting balance, peace, and inner calm.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat (We have mats available in the studio or bring your own)
Blanket and eye pillow (for warmth and comfort during and the sound bath)
Water bottle
Any items you’d like to include in your personal intention-setting (such as a journal or crystals)
What to Wear:
Comfortable, layered clothing (to stay warm and cozy throughout the event)
Socks or an extra layer for warmth during meditation and relaxation
