Join us for our Cacao Ceremony at Ritual Relics! Come relax and sit in circle with some other amazing humans. I'll lead you through some tapping and breathwork, then take you on a guided meditation where you can meet your Future Self. The night will help you open your heart, breathe more deeply, get into your body, and settle your nervous system.

We’ll be drinking handmade ceremonial grade cacao from Guatemala. The use of cacao, which is often called “the food of the Gods”, dates back to the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Cacao opens your heart, boosts your mood, reduces stress, and serves as an anti-inflammatory. And it’s delicious!

Your host: Sarah is a Hedge Witch (aka Green Witch), who works with medicinal plants and the planet’s energy on a daily basis. She has been on her own healing journey since 1987 and has tried a wide range of healing modalities. Sarah has participated in and led numerous women’s groups and is well-experienced with cacao.
