Join Deb Carroll for a unique workshop pairing Restorative Yoga and Reiki with the powerful practice of Aromapoint Therapy. Aromapoint Therapy involves the placement of key, properly diluted essential oils on specific acupuncture points to create shifts that aid in restoring balancer to the mind and body. Deb will walk you through the application of each oil which will be followed by a restorative yoga posture with optional Reiki healing assists.
You will receive a sample of each oil with a card reminding you of the points used for each. This is truly an experience that will create deep relaxation and provide tremendous healing.
